Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any monthly fees?

We only charge a single, fixed fee. However, Google does charge a small, monthly amount for Big Query. That will be under $10 / month for all but the largest stores.

Can I use my existing data warehouse

Yes! We can use your existing Big Query warehouse if you already have one set up. If you want to export your data to a different warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, etc), we can do that as part of the custom plan.

How does Big Query billing work?

We'll set up your Big Query instance for you and send you instructions for adding the billing information to your Google Cloud account. Google will bill you directly for the Big Query usage.

What reports are exported?

The export includes channels, source/ medium, campaigns, all pages, landing pages, site search usage, search terms, and page, top events, page events, ecommerce overview, product performance, sales performance (transaction ids), and order coupons.

Can export multiple properties/views?

Yes. The prices above are listed per Universal Analytics property and view. If you have multiple properties or views, you'll need to purchase a separate export for each one. Contact us for a custom quote if you have a large number of properties or views.
